Havent posted up pictures of a detail in a while, figured this car was worthy of some pictures even though it wasnt in the worst condition. Hes actually a member on here, owns an OR GE8 which hes in the process of selling. I didnt take a lot of before pictures because like I said the car wasnt all that dirty to begin with.
It was hot as balls today, in the upper 90's. So I decided it would actually be better off to wash the car in my garage using Optimum No Rinse. I dont know why I dont use this product more often. It cuts about an hour off of washing and actually works better than traditional washing. Using a Proline grout sponge you guarantee you get no cross contamination since it dries almost completely dry. Here are the before pictures.
Reflection was there but not the greatest:

Lots of scratches near the trunk lid:

Here is why you always need to use two buckets, the left bucket was once clean plain water, right bucket is ONR solution:

If you wouldve only used one bucket all of that dirt in that bucket wouldve ended up being rubbed back into your paint causing swirls.
After the clay bar, polish via porter cable, several layers of sealant and wax, here are the results.

Scratches on the trunk lid gone:

No swirls in direct sunlight:

I miss my AP1 :(

The windshield isn't tinted, I don't know why it looks like that in the pic. And I thought the tint limit was 35% for the fronts. Not sure. Thanks for the compliments.
