1993 Mustang LX 2.3L - pics

Doing a resto on this Mustang to prep it for an eventual 5.0 swap! What should I do with it guys? Need your help. I'm gonna redo the whole interior. Should I do a conversion to all black, or keep it with the current color? I'm def gonna do a back seat delete and paint, but I'm torn between painting it flat black or keeping the original color.

Things I've done: Replaced driver seat, replaced sun visors, new floor mats, replaced hatch supports, replaced serpentine belt, replaced air filter, fuel injector cleaner added to a first tank of gas I put in, replaced wipers and passenger wiper arm, and cleaned the heck outta it. Sat in a car port for like 2 years.

Plan on painting the side mirrors flat black. Wiper arm needs to be painted as well.

Has hail damage on hood, front bumper is messed up too. Paint is fading on bumpers and C-pillars. Hood has a small rust spot about the size of my pinky. No rips, cracks or tears in interior and the engine runs strong. Not bad for $800. Clear coat is peeling in spots.

Seats have black seat covers on them. This one is stained cuz it came from the junk yard, but the other one was tore up and the bracket was broke, so it was gangsta leaned all the way back. Had to drive it home like that.

I don't know why it looks so dusty on the center console. I cleaned it up. Maybe just the bright sun hitting it.

Engine bay is pretty clean considering it's age.

Nope! Wanna sell it and save up for a 1994-1996 Integra GSR, then a JDM front end conversion.

If someone bought my Fit, I would use the money for a swap. Get a Integra GSR for lap driving, and do a swap in the Mustang for drag strip.

Thinking of lowering the price. What do you guys think? $1800 too high? $1600 too low? Suggestions!

I'm hoping to sell to someone locally who doesn't know anything about cars and just thinks the word "Mustang" = "power".

Lots of people like that.

Too bad you aren't close. I'd pick that car up in a heart beat! As for cost, I think the maximum might be 1200ish or so. My brother picked one up for 500, but it had issues.

So I'm planning on completing my resto at the moment. I mean I'm leaving it up for sale but if no one buys it by time I'm done for what I want (which no one will probably give me my asking price), I'll work on putting a 5.0 in.

So I guess the project begins!

Looking for suggestions! Should I leave it the current color when I get it resprayed, or should I go with a flat black, murdered out look? Also, should the interior be redone in the current color, or should I go with black leather? The current color will be cheaper, but black with leather seats and a back seat delete would be hot.
