Why the negativity? My only concern is if it will have that horrendous duckbill like the current acuras have.

Every Acura designer has to be fired first, the power plenum and entire design language now is a failure. The hope is that the Civic underpinnings won't be lost too much, then it might look half decent (much like the TSX kept enough Euro Accord so it didn't completely got translated into Acura ugly).

It will likely lose the LSD and be a softer car than the Si too, plus they're already talking about it bigger/heavier. When will Honda figure out people want Integras back, not wanna-be IS250s?

I guess we can all hope to be pleasantly surprised, but given the recent history of AHMC, its better to keep expectations low to start.

Why the negativity? Because new Hondas/Acuras suck.

I see them effing up this one as they did with the new TL's and everything else acura has at the moment.. Trying to look like a damn space ship... The TL Type-S was a bad ass car. The current TL is just ugly and crap compared to its predecessor... I can only imagine how much of a joke this "rsx" is going to be.. Probably gonna look just as crappy as the new civics..

I fear the day's of sporty honda's are over(at least in the US market) and it's going to take a lot to convince me other wise.

Wait an RSX as a for door, then the coupe comes out why ???? I have a feeling that the RSX is going to be a civic shell with a facelift. I really wish and hope Honda takes a step back while design this one, I would hate to see the Integra / RSX history and name go to crap.

Is this going to be a USDM only thing? I didn't hear of a new Integra.

^ most likely since they drop the Type R as well as the civic in Japan, Europe might get it as well.

Yeah right - this 2013 RSX is SO NOT a DC5 replacement! Until we know more details, I will speculate this is just creative badge engineering, and the car will be more show than go.

No The C.E.O. of Honda has already said they are thinking of bring back the NSX in 2015 give or take a few years. The HSV 10 was the concept for the new NSX and Honda back out of it because "they need to be more green"

As for the next s2k thats another story.

Some photos:

Temple of VTEC Rumors and News - Spied on the Street! 2013 Acura "Sub-TSX" (RSX?)!!

It's still got the Can opener Nose... but it doesn't seem to have a Civic profile ala the CSX from Canada.

We'll See.
