post up your autox videos
Your car sounds so good... Very mellow. Our engine sounds more B16A than D16Y8. I used to auto-x my S2K back in 00-02 when I lived in Orlando. We'd do it on Sundays in the Lockheed-Martin lot. I'd like to do it now to help me drive more defensive with my hand controls. As i get better I'd then like to compete again. When i'd have the s2k we'd drive out to Bithlo to Orlando Speed World. It ran the 1/4 @ 13.8@98mph then going home to Lake Mary the diff gave so i was done drag racing and did what the car was really made to do. Handle. Thank you for sharing.

Video #1: I think this is the last Washington DC event of 2014. We start with me in the regular ride (STS Miata), a special guest co-driver in the Miata, the wife in the Fit running STF (box stock, automatic, but with 15x7 wheels and Dunlop Z2s), and me running non-comp in said Fit. My gawd is that car slow.
Video #2: last Autocrossers Inc. event of 2014. Start with me in my derelict MGB running HS, then deciding that it was terrible so I got in the Fit. Then the wife in the Fit (STF). In the afternoon session, I'm in a friend's STS Miata, the wife in the Fit, and the Miata's owner.

This course was just too fun.

Tried next two runs. First time had too much speed and blew the turn around. Second time messed up somewhere else, but Slalom was sloppy with shift in the middle. 16" wheels might have helped.
There's no wheel spin. That's the car sliding out on concrete. I have the oversteer dialed back some, so right now it's just short of neutral. The Rival-S's stick way better than my RS-3's.
