whats wrong with them? looks like the tops are foggy, or is that teh pictures?

tops are hazy and scratch, but they can be buffed out.

yeah, once they're dried out it would be worthwhile to put a bead of silicone or something around the housing to seal it.. who ever buys them that is. fixable problem
