I can't really say because I have never heard or use them before. But compare to other brand, my has much more deeper yellow color output and and looking at dead on both day and night it still this deep yellow. The point having vinyl on the fog; it for looks and to protect lamp from tiny rocks and if it ever hit by bigger rock it keep the broken glass to together so the glass dose not hit the hit or hit others cars....
