Kenken, do these come with everything needed to mount them to the bumper aswell? Just no harness, switch etc?

 

Yes, it comes with everything needed to mount them onto the bumper but just no harness and switch. Actually, there is already frame, foglamp glass cover and the light cup, all you need to to have a H11 light bulb or a set of H11 HID conversion kit.

But you need to make sure it is only fit on JDM Type S bumper which is the one I showed on the top of this thread. Thanks

Yeah I have the JDM type-S bumper already so should be a pretty easy install.
Should be able to buy these pretty soon kenken.

The bumper and the lips are actually 2 different parts and they can be separated.

Well, I am not in Japan; therefore, I have no idea how to order it online; however, I will suggest you to goto one of the Honda dealers on your side and show them the pictures of the Type-S bumper with very simple English communication (try not to communicate with them in a complete English sentence but simple key words, for example: "Me want this bumper, can buy?" haha, it sounds a bit funny but they may get your meaning better.
If you want to find 2nd hand parts in Japan, you can goto Yahoo Japan but it's all in Japanese with photos, and most of them will sell and ship within Japan only. Sorry that I can't help much but wish can give you some idea how to make it.
