these aren't N1s which i've heard people complain about for bad fitment issues and dead leds and other gripes.

if you wanna gamble with those N1's I say go for it. at least they're new.

some people just yank the wires or pull the clips to reach. it's up to you.

fountain valley off the 405 so you could pass by my house if you go that route vs the 5.

11pm is fine. i don't sleep till 1am on average. my 1 1/2 year old doesn't sleep till 11 most of the time.
