blitz TC FS
It does not work with the GE. You need a different harness for the GE. Last time i was at Blitz, they had the prototype for the GE.
Just like the guy says in the above post, it will not work on a GE. Blitz will have a model for us soon. I had one on my GD and pulled it off and sold it when the car got wrecked. I really miss the T/C, and will buy one as soon as they are ready for the GE's.
Should just plug in to the OBDII port above the gas pedal/under the dash. Then dial in the throttle adjustment I'd think. I haven't seen one up close but it's a 5 minute install probably.
If you run a scangaugeII, you'll have to pick which one you want to run since there's only one OBDII port. My guess is you wouldn't want to see how your MPGs drop with the throttle controller anyway, hehe.

As he said. You have to plug it in between the lines that connect to the throttle. You can run the TC and the SGII at the same time, just in case anyone was confused.
Damn it!
I was under the assumption I couldn't run SGII and the TC which prevented me from any temptation!!!!!!
Crap.

*edit* also i think it would be pretty interesting to monitor the scan gauge while using the TC. I drive on SP1 all the time and my mpg has not changed.
