I have a seibon carbon fiber oem style hood for sale. Its in good condition, just minor damages on it . Sorry i dont have pics on it yet , i will post them up tomorrow. The hood in my sig is the one im selling. I havent used it for a couple of months now, its just sitting in my garage collecting dust.

Just a thought, but maybe posting up the weight difference between the OEM and the carbon fiber hoods would help persuade people.

 

thats a vis hood not seibon. I think the seibon ones are made with better carbon. And its better quality. But the price change is still good. Its hard to sell carbon filber products cause theyy are always cracked or needs buffing. I had a hood on my civic and rocks from the roads would crack it more than my windsheild. It was a vis hood.

How much does this hood weigh in comparison to the OEM hood?

 

I posted the vis because seibon is actually cheaper but has free shipping built into the price. I wouldn't say Seibon is that much better quality. They actually use the exact same kind of carbon.
