so $31.10 for them. they in good condition and how do you mount them? clips and double sided tape?

Correct, it is just 3m double sided tape.and i've put on NEW 3m tape for the new owner.
dont have to worry about it flying off as i've even driven through touch less car wash with it and it held on fine
