selling it for $12k with 120k mile/7r bumper to bumper warranty. or i can rip the warranty and i can definitley sell it for 11.5k

No, it's not im not interested in it. I have been shopping around at dealers and weighing out whether it would be better if i got a certified one (I found one from dealer with 17k mileage for $12,000 out the door, no joke).

and i just sold my IS300, so I want to wait for that transaction to settle down completely first. I will definitely buy a car before July 1 as the tax in my city will be raise to 10.25%
