im not familiar with the sound of the js axleback muffler. really like gretty an skunk2 mufflers. what im getting at is does this sound close to the two and does it sound the same as the j's brand. i maybe in need of a muffler so i was curious on sound an if replica J's sounds same as genuine. ( replica sounds better that fake lol. may modify your thead!!!) friend has apexi that pops an tweets when vtec kiks in, uuugly!
btw when did you get to keep cruise when you changed out steer wheel. i always wonder if it was possible to fab a little box to remount/relocat them.

The only exhaust I have heard in person is the Spoon. The J's is much more of a full race sounding exhaust than the Spoon. I can't speak to the others. I absolutely love the sound of my exhaust........real or fake. It sounds like the J's racing Fit in the videos you see posted. It can be very subtle if you want to be quiet or it can sound like a full out race car if you want it to.

Since the cruise is built into the factory steering wheel the only way to keep cruise is to back up a custom wiring job to an aftermarket cruise unit.

fake j's and real j's have identical can sizing. if they were colored the same you would not be able to tell the differance.

it sounds legitimate to me and not like some fart can.

Not really. It might be real. So you could demand more $. It appears to have a hole for the silencer. Fakes don't have that. But I can't tell from the top of the cannister. As you know, I'm the one who wrote that thread on the fakes.
