Harness bar
Where does the harness bar mount? Can't see it in the pics, but that angle sure looks steep (i.e. dangerous). I'm looking for one that'll mount high for no more than a 15 degree angle (up or down) thru the shoulder seatback holes.

harnesses in that pic are bolted up to the rear seat but now are bolted to a harness bar
