not really. only if the buyer did not want certain things to lower the price. but im not really lowering the price by much.

the really only thing is the suspension. but i really dont want to take that in n out again.

Man that sux. You've been here a long time. Sad that you have to sell her.

I hope you get a buyer. I'd grab it myself if I had the money.

I'll check with my friend tomorrow to see if he want to red fit. I know that he is looking for a White, but might want it stock also.

You do realize that by putting in 91 octane, youre doing more damage to the vehicle than better? 91 octane doesnt mean 'better gas' it means that it detonates faster than 87 octane. So, instead of your gasoline detonating at 'Top Dead Center', its detonating micro seconds before hand, which means youre putting extra wear on the most important parts of your car.

There is more to it, like higher octane can withstand higher compression, so on, etc... But basically what I am saying is- 87 octane is not worse than 91 octane. Auto manufacturers ask for specific octane ratings for their vehicles for a reason.

I wouldnt buy it based on that information alone. I know it seems like I am always busting your balls, but you need to do more internet sleuthing, sir.

true.

i know 87 isnt worst than 91 for our cars. i just know that i get better gas mileage out of the 91...and when i pour 87 i feel its a bit more sluggish. but thats my butt dyno.

i had thought we had a bit high of a compression for our motors. but im guessing i was wrong.
its okay i dont mind the critique.

well really the only non stock is the headlights, the suspension(it looks pretty much stock) and the intake(which can be taken off and i can put the stock one on with a k&n filter.

Where did you get this information??? TOTALLY WRONG!!

The higher the octane rating, the slower a fuel burns andthe more resistant to detonation (aka pre-ignition or knocking) it is. Putting higher octane gas in a fit will not hurt your car in any way. There may be a slight performance increase due to the computer advancing the timing , but it isn't worth the extra expense of premium fuel. Higher compression ratios demand higher octane to prevent detonation. Look at the Corvette, which has a 11:1 compression ratio and has to have premium.

ALL cars' ignitions fire the spark plugs before top dead center. They HAVE TO in order to make certain that the flame front propagates properly. Firing the spark plugs at or after TDC causes a loss of power. It takes a measurable amount of time for the air/fuel mixture to burn, dontcha know. As engine RPM increases, the ignition automatically advances the spark timing to fire even earlier.

Thumbs up E = Mc2

Well put professor

I agree when I use hi test there is a difference mpg and zoom'n.

And add 8oz. of Poppa's Recipe to 10 gallons with the electronic throttle controller on sp7 now we're have'n fun ......................!!!

And SD Mr. Fit you have a low milage desirable Fit. Well maintained with minimal changes to the car, and this is to your advantage! Most people buying a car do Not want to buy one that has been changed. Your best bet is more and better places to advertize. If you really want this car GONE then work at it. There's Craig's List 4 pix and a brief description every few days. Let the public know that they have an opportunity to buy a Great Car! You know this better than anyone else............... so get out there son and Sell That Car!!
Good Luck

yeah my next bet is autotrader. my car has been on craigslist for 2 months now.i made the big mistake about buying a red car. i had the option of a white car, but i was stubborn. and now im paying for that mistake. because it seems like nobody really wants a red car.

i just got a hold of a camera last night so i will be posting pictures of the car.
