if you were refering to koolkevin, he isn't. I sent money thru paypal before he had more in stock. once he got them, he sent them out. it went thru the regular mail so it took some time to go from california to wisconsin. Regardless, he sent the product and included a nice letter and personally signed the paper. You can trust him!

plus, the xpel stuff he sent is awesome. it is super thick too, you wont be disappointed.
