im throwing around the idea of maybe getting rid of my volks.

17x7.5 +40 (size discontinued by volk)
4x100 bolt pattern
15lbs each
custom powedercoated silver
falken 205/40/17. nearly brand new.
new blue volk /rays stickers on the rims, properly mounted.
comes with blue work valve stems.
only been used for a few thousand miles since powdercoating.
never seen snow/salt/sand
to fit:
i needed to trim the rear bumpr clip off
rolled front fenders.
front camber bolts
^with that setup, they only rub slightly in the back on big dips in the road.
****i am lowered 1.5". on a stock height they might fit fine.
the bad:
-1 of the rims has the powder coating chipped at the lip. it is NOT curbed, the peopel who mounted the rims were careless and chipped it. its a few inches long, but luckily the rim was 100% stripped underneath so the aluminum blends in with the silver powdercoating. it is not chippign anymore. no need to worry about it continued to flake off.
most people wouldn't notice unless they were told.
-1 rim has a slight bent in them at the lip. nothing that effects balancing or moutning. bend is barely noticable. i had them mounted for more than a month before i noticed.
^you can see the minor bend in the lip. near the upper right spoke.
^the area of chipped powdercoat. this pic is obviously taken very close....it is not noticeable a few feet away.
value when these were new: $2200ish
value used mint cond.: $1600 (-couple hundred for damage)
tires: $200
valve stems: $60
looking for around $1500 with tires and valve stem.
trade for 16" rims + cash depending on the trade.
prefer not to ship. if i do, your responsible for all costs. rims are 15lbs, tires are 22lbs. 37x4 = shipping 148lbs is expensive.

got two jl w6's subs and box and amp and cap and cables all together worth over 2800 and sound is amazing will blow the socks off of any other subs you have herd willing to wanted to sell them but would love to work out a deal for these sexy little rims.

id be looking for trades for rims only (unless there is somthing im not thinking of). i have a system...although its not as nice as yours, it gets the job done.
