Since the pipes are shortened due to your jdm conversion, does that mean that it wont work properly on a usdm front bumper fit?

 

it will, u just have to mount it how i mount mine now...up against the rad.
u can still keep the fog lights i think, at least i can.

 

btw: 2 pipes cost $60 Canadian to make out of Alum...so it isn;t a huge deal

 

Damn, what's causing the check engine light. I was this so bad and I'm thinking a USDM bumper would still loose fogs the JDM ones are out wider. I want this kit so bad I just wish I had the cash good luck with sale free bump

 

You'll lose the fog lights on USDM no matter how you change it unless you lower the whole piping. Oh dear, Felix has gone down the mad path

 

anything modded will have check engine light...i dont find it a big deal. but at the moment only AME F-IC computer will get rid of the engine light.
i believe the CHECK engine Light is casued by the exhaust...

yes. AEM fic can run the car without CEL. but the FIC is succeptable to the same "exhaust" CEL (o2 sensor) as the emanage.
if your car has a defouler and still getting the CEL, you should pull the code and find out what it is.

it will also help your sale so you can tell the buyer what exactly the reason is (might not even be turbo related)

If this were for a GE Id work a trade out with you for the K24A2 that I have. I was gonna put the K24 in my 95 hatch but haven't gotten around to it yet. I'm also looking at buying a 93 del sol that might get it instead. Wanna boost my GE soo bad but no one makes either a SC or turbo kit yet. If I dont find something soon I think I see a new CR-Z in my future. They do go on sale here in the states in August.
