FS: Carbon fiber wrap
two Q's
1. how can this hold up to rocks and such on the hood? somehow I can't see it being very tough.
2. do u need a sort of glue? or is it already on the back just peel away paper backing? I guess thats 3 Q's. may as well make it 4
does anyone know what affect this and or its glue will have on the fit's clear coat finish or paint?
for this kind of money I'd have to be sure it will firstly stay on and not start to peel off and not eFF up the paint.
thanks.

2.no glue needed it has adhesive on the back.
3. will not effect clear coat or paint it is recommended to be replace within 4 to 5 years.
4. if installed correctly you will have no probs peeling or staying put.
still awaiting answers.
how much per linear foot? and at what length does it get cheaper per linear foot?
its a 4 foot wide roll. for example two linear feet would measure 4 foot wide and 2 foot length. and so on.
lastly what is the exact name of the 3M "adhesion promoter" you speak of? I seen at least 3 different ones on the 3M site.
again, does anyone know what effect this has on the cars stock paint and clear? afterall this stuff is not going to stay on forever.
I look forward to reply and AtticusFit you have PM

im interested in possibly getting some but definately not going to buy it unless i know the brand. i know it isnt oracal or 3m, there is only one other big named company that makes a carbon fiber vinyl like this. i am guessing though this is some cheaper chinese made stuff though and while the chinese stuff may look nice there is always issues with it holding up unlike the good namebrands which have no issues

humm, so what product are we actually looking at in your posted photos ? 3M dinoc or your "private label" ? I read private label to mean china knock off. seems odd you can't just say what it is. and btw your prices given to me are for what? the private label or the 3M. as surely these is a cost difference between the two. I'd hate to think I'm buying 3M and getting the private label stuff, afterall how would I actually know unless I had samples of each to compare. which leads me to my next question, are you willing to send samples at a reasonable cost shipped to me?

Private label products or services are typically those manufactured or provided by one company for offer under another company's brand. Private label goods and services are available in a wide range of industries from food to cosmetics to web hosting. They are often positioned as lower cost alternatives to regional, national or international brands, although recently some private label brands have been positioned as "premium" brands to compete with existing "name" brands.
my brand is priced at $3.50 sq.ft.
i would never sale something that wasnt true to what i said you was getting, your want 3m you get 3m, you want my brand you get that, i have a rep here and would never jeopardize that rep.
if you want a small sample send me you address and ill send you both to compare.
ill post in a few a side by side of the two....
thanks.....
depends what you have GD or GE. process is pretty easy if you have worked with vinyl before.
