HEY guys I bought some oem tail lights and these were on the car... the clear part on top is yellow just don't know how to take it off..and i rather have the oem ones... nothing is broke on these and everything worked perfectly.

these are jdm style taillights - might be helpful to tell what kind of brand they are it should be on the back or on the glass - they look like N1 concepts to me. they kinda fade yellow after a while.
