the only thing that doesnt work with the M/T is the A/T and tranny cooler hes including. Just use for tranny..

 

Out of pure curiosity, what would be the viable-ness of switching this over to a GE? Probably be a bit of work...

 

Not worth it. Wait for the kits being developed.

This comes with the GD turbo manifold which is of no use to the GEs because of the integrated headers. Look into something like this...

For someone looking to turbo their L15a this is the deal of the century. You are getting a back-up motor basically for nothing, certainly hundreds if not thousands less than most of us could score a questionable junkyard motor for. GLWS Felix, you must be getting hard up for the Ks extra power LOL

 

build the spare motor or post it on the classic mini forums, alot of mini project still uses the OLD D16 motors...may be when they see this they will jump on it !

bak couple years ago AJ charges $800 to install + tune for this kit
i now get all my work done at evolution performance in maple ridge..so i suggest going to them
