it needs a hole 4.75" deep. and protrudes out of box just under an inch.

I've been through about a dozen different set ups and I currently have the 15" version of this sub.. By far one of my favorite subs.. The quality is amazing.. It's L5 btw not LS..

I also used to have the same amp on one of my previous setups (required less power) and it's a good amp.. Never had any problems with it.

These were made for eachother.
