Thanks. I was heartbroken. But my problem was I needed a MT Fit in anticipation of using it as a dinghy someday behind a motorhome. The dealer could find lots of automatics but not anything in manual that had a color we could accept. Finally, they asked me to take their money and let them off the hook, which I did.

It seems that I have buyers for the cargo tray, splashguards and cargo cover. All I have left is the locking gas cap and the seat cover, plus some Celestial Blue touch-up paint.

That is very kind of you! We had a limited time to wait so we bought what was available... a Hyundai Elantra. We are still looking at the Fits we pass and thinking that it would have worked well with one of them. Especially with the 2012 model that has overdrive!

Do you have seat covers for both the driver and passenger seats? Are they fully safe with seat side airbags? Is the armrest part separate? I have a 2011 Fit with side airbags and and no console or armrest. Thanks!

 

Q1: Do you have seat covers for both the driver and passenger seats? A: Yes, they are both there, in black-and-tan. Each seat cover is in 3 parts: 1. Head piece, 2. back and 3. bottom.
Q2: Are they fully safe with seat side airbags? A: Yes. the two back pieces have holes for the seat-mounted airbag. Directions included tell you to be sure and mount them so the holes in the covers face the respective door.
Q3: Is the armrest part separate? I have a 2011 Fit with side airbags and and no console or armrest. A: There is no armrest part. The instructions say that the fold down armrest you may have must be removed. It says after that: "After the armrest is removed, proceed with installation of the seatback cover as in Step 3 above. Cut a small opening in the seatcover and reattach the armrest."

I have never used the seat covers. They have just left the box for the first time so I could eyeball everything.

FYI- the Coverking neosupreme are similar to the Coverking neoprene and "fit the Fit" nice & snug once installed. They are much easier to keep hair- & fuzz-free than the oem material.
