Nice to hear from you again, Daniel. The license plate holder does not relocate. It gives the license plate an angled looked. Many of the cars in Japan use it. But this holder is made for Japan plates, so you would have to re-drill to match the holes of the american plates. Let me know if you are interested in both. Thanks!
