I have one of the greddy that I will post in a few minutes. I dont have one of the injen that i have. The injen has a smaller tip. I have a picture next to a soda can if you want me to email you that.
The Injen catback has a deeper tone to it and doesnt give the higher pitch "ricer" exhaust note. It is a little too loud for my taste and since I drive people around a lot, they complain sometimes about my car being too loud. (We all know that the Fit lacks a lot of sound deadening material)
Mileage wise, theres probably about 8k miles? I kept switching between the catback, greddy, and oem exhausts in the past year.
