Does the Drum in the rear just goes over the rear hub or would I need to get rear rotors??

You need to redrill to 5x114.3 and centrer bore needs to enlarge from stock size 56.1mm to 64.1mm. The rest just straight bolt on.

So what do you do for rotors and drums? Are they provided in the kit also? If not this kit is pointless without another 1k in rear disc conversion and different front rotors?

Front rotors you can use Honda civic 8Th Gen rotors, it will bolt on straight. However, there will be a minor clearance issue but we have 10 washers provided.
Rear, you can just redrill or contact fastbrakes, they have rear conversion kit that's300 iirc. I know there are couple parts you can source them yourself.
