i'm a nice guy, but I'm honestly tired of lowballers. Do you not understand the word firm? If you don't want legit wheels and want to buy cheap wheels, go buy your rotas. Brand new rotas with some good tires will run you about $800 out the door, perfect for your $1000 budget.
