It comes with the wire harness and is an option so its plug-n-play, I included the pics to show how in removed it from the car.

Also, regarding power folding mirrors, would you be able to get used sets? or possibly a used left side mirror? I ask because the motor for the power folding fuction in my current mirror is acting up and would like to find a replacement motor.

Did you fix your mirror problem? In my experience, if it's intermittent, it's usually the switch and not the motor. If you have already diagnosed it as the motor then I'll STFU.
How do these function? Do they fold automatically when you park or is it done with the switch? ANOTHER great option not available on USDM...

 

The JDM ones don't fold in automatically.
