You're allowing some kind of advertising that will consume 100% of processor time if the user does not forcefully intervene with Activity Monitor or some other device.

I've not experienced any such symptom on any of my devices. Are you sure you dont have some odd browser plugin or shopping app that's triggering some kind of loop off the advertisements?
