Is there a way to notified on the forum of replies to posts? Rather not have that in my email. Thanks.

 

I don't quite understand your question, sorry.

 

are u trying to only be notified while logging into Fitfreak and not get email notifications? if so i just did this recently....

1. log into your fitfreak account
2. click on your avitar, top right, select "subscribed threads"
3.on the list of your subscribed threads, to the right there is a column of unchecked boxes, click the top one to select all threads on the list
(notice the "Notification" column to the right probably says "Email:Instant" all the way down right now...which is why u are receiving them in your personal email, ie:gmail)
4. scroll down and click the dropdown box that says "Selected Threads: Move to folder"
5. select "no email notification"....then press "Go"
6. when the page loads you should now notice the notification column now says "Email: None" all the way down
7. unfortunately you have to do this for each full page of subscribed threads (but each page holds like 50 or so subscribed threads)

alternatively, after logging into your account,
1. go to "Your Control Panel"
2. on the left side of the page, in "settings and options", click "edit options"
3. in the center of the page.... "Messaging and Notifications" > "Defatult Thread Subscription Mode"
4. click drop down box and select your preference
