I also post at a popular CR-V forum where, for years, a monthly feature has been the CR-V of the Month which is selected by the mod(s). Applicants for the contest (no prize award) just submit a pic or 2 in a designated thread, along with a list of their current mods. The monthly winners are posted together in a separate thread.

 

We think this is a great idea. I just noticed that no one had responded yet, but the forum owners have been talking about it offline. We will set this up shortly.

how about..... we run such a contest and open it up for a Fit Vendor(s) to sponsor the contest. Their sponsorship includes they contribute something to the contest prize?

Fit of the month soudns good! get a few vendors to sponser it too! pitch in some freebie items each month then at the end of the year the 12 winners from each month be polled for Fit of the year.....just an idea.

we can have the mods vote and decide or peer voting as well. maybe something like send pics to a certain email and then teh top 10 for the month will be polled for winner of the month.

 

sorry just thought about this too.

make a requirement in terms of which pics would be needed and a list of mods. like a front view, side view and so on so you can take a look at all different fits from the same view ya know? better judgements can be made this way as well.

 

Gives us more incentives to mod our cars.
