Please be more careful when deleting posts.

Usually I see threads just get locked if they are repeats or not needed, but last night I spent a good while helping out with spring installation that I think could have been helpful for many users. But it was deleted.

The original poster had made two posts by mistake, but some admin deleted the one with all of the replies and left the one with zero replies.

Perhaps if there is a double post, the thread could be locked instead of deleted. That way if the wrong one gets locked, you could just unlock it if it is the wrong one.
