how about abutton that stand for reporting post, such as if you see a troll screwing off, you could click the button in their post, which would automoactically send a message to all moderators, so the troll can be taken care of.

We have this on www.clubcivic.com , and our member's use it very decently when they need to, and usually a mod is right on top of things, and a thread then may only last a page or two, depending on how fast a mod responds.
