Uh... what's up with all that info now?

I hit refresh and all of a sudden there's a bunch of stuff in addition to rep points showing up.

edit: holy crap... there's a lot of extra stuff in terms of member activity showing up!

 

If you look up, there is an announcement at the top of every subforum, and a new Experience tab in the header.

 

Too bad admin can't win awards. Mods and Supermods can though.

We had this on another forum I'm on.

Got rid of it, waste of bandwidth and it takes up a lot of space on the page.

 

im thinking the gold star is because you are among the Top 10 most active user or some achievemnt like that... (your green bar is at 100%)

as far as taking up bandwidth my computer is fine. but the space thing is kind of weird. made the heading on posts like an inch thicker. cool though lol

 

Please give us an opt out userCP button to turn this off in our displays. It's annoying.

The gold star is for being the #1 most active user.... what I don't get is... how did I get #3? Am I really that active? OI!

But I wonder, would it be more aesthetic if the text above the bars were shifted to the left and the bars moved up so that they were side-by-side? Cause personally, I'm more for NOT lengthening post threads any more than they already are with the massive signatures some folks have!

I second that! I'm all for a new ways to promote better thread responses and whatnot but this seems kinda excessive to me at the moment. I'll still give it a few days to get the hang of it though.

I think It is different. I wouldn't mind as much if it was slightly smaller so that a thread with 25 posts isn't 4 pages.
