How much money does the forum need to make before IB is happy?

The hyperlinks embedded into posts is pretty ridiculous, what's the deal?

I use Firefox with Adblock Plus to get rid of that junk. when I browse this site on IE or using a tablet (Not running firefox), it is unbearable with all of the crap that is loaded.
