This sounds like a complaint a teenager would have.

Maybe some constructive criticism would be better. Perhaps, "Hey, the new banner could use some improvement and I have some great ideas if(the person who is in charge of site decor) is open to suggestions?" Unless you don't have any better ideas. In which case you should just keep your opinion to yourself, because criticism without a suggestion isn't good criticism

 

There is no need to insult forum members. Keep this discussion constructive. Maybe IB will read it and fixit. There are only a couple of mods that are active here. There was no word to us at all that the format of the site nor the banner will be changed.

 

 

I'd kind of like a banner that embraces all 3 Generations.

I don't HATE this banner, but my biggest criticism would be it is Gen 3 exclusive.

 

I wonder what the Russians think?? I'm sure they are looking at it right now..............

 

Ill have to admit I dont care much for the new banner either. I know someone put some effort into making it, so no disrespect intended. Overall I think it needs more contrast..too much yellow. I also like the idea of having all three generations represented. Not that I feel left out, but I think its cool to have them all together to quickly see the Fits evolution. I like mr_RogerWill's design, not sure why they never used it.

Maybe the site owners can do another banner submission thread? Im sure theres people on here that are willing to have a go at it for fun, and free of reward (including myself).

 

yah, i agree.. this appears to be more like a GK site.. and we all luv our GD's and GE's if not more dan our GK's.. really needs all 3 gens.

 

See, I find having all three generations overkill and cluttered lol. As a GE owner I don't mind them not having it shown. Idk I don't pay much attention to the banner though.

 

I thought that was a squished image of a yellow Odyssey in the banner but, upon further inspection, it appears to be an EX model of the GK. It was slightly cooler when I thought it was an Odyssey.
