are you doing the work yourself or where are you having it done?

I'm in southwest dallas, right on the border of dallas and GP @ I-20. I don't know of any good tuner shops.

I've got Intercrew working on it. They are in Garland/Mesquite area. I don't know shops around your area. Actually my work isn't that far from you. I'm by the Dallas zoo.

Has anyone got a non-stock cat-back(or header-back) exhaust that you would consider quiet? Or close to stock quiet?

I'd really like to hear one in person. I'm afraid of the loud drone that my Greddy EvoII exhaust makes in my eclipse.

Most people use axle back reason being is unless its proven, the catback doesnt make as much power as just an axle back. Axle back's are very quiet

seriously? see I figured since the fit's exhaust piping was so small that it restricted flow?

I think I'll be using a 35 or 50 shot of nitrous, also, so any extra flow would be necessary.

what do you think?

If you're running nitrous, yea bigger flow would be better. The piping is not that small compared to like lets say...older civic pipings. I know the cat converter looks like a 2 and 1/4 inch diameter, I could be wrong but thats pretty large for stock. And maybe the mid pipe is at 2 inches. But don't hold me to that. I may be wrong about the sizes. After market b pipes would most likely give you 1/4-1/2 an inch bigger. I'm thinking, bigger bpipe=loss of torque since we do have 105 torque base. Just my thoughts.

T1R turbo type S. I'll post whenever my car is done. Yes it's taking a while beings I'm one of the first few to get the Turbo's after release. Instructions need revision and they need a new parts man lol.

I went there to get my springs put on and I remember the owner, I forget his name, telling me they would be putting a turbo on a fit I guess that is you. What was wrong with the T1R kit? What parts were missing? I am thinking Kraftwerks for my Fit I just what to get some feed back from members on here after they get there kit. Keep us posted on your cars progress and your driving impressions!

Hmmm, I saw a Blue Fit drive by me once coming from Intercrew. Turbo is more power and yes it's a little more difficult. Kraftwerks is more smooth hp rather than boost. It's easier to install as well. Let's say I'm working with AJ-R on completing the Turbo Kit so no one else gets screwed. It was missing O2 fix, 22mm bolt for inside the oil pan, MT hard oil line, and correct spacers for the injectors. I'll be revising their instructions since Ben is no good in English lol. You could've done your springs yourself. It's super easy. Owner's name is Phillip. I just like them for their customer service and prices aren't way too jacked up.
