they are 6000k,
LiL are your bulbs for reflector? mines are like D2R bulbs with the black block off under where the "bubble" is
this is not a full aftermarket kit, I just use 2 Hella ballasts I have in the garage and got 2 H4 6000k bulbs and put them together

Aiming headlights requires some knowledge

Thank kps for providing a nice reference to aiming headlights in another thread:

I see, just because I have a H4 controller waiting for the full signal (which comes from low beam only)...so when the DRL light want to start it the controller immediately subpress it (and end up light a immediate flash). To avoid from burning off the bulb I take off the fuse from the box underneath the steering wheel...works great but I don't have DRL any more.

there are a few kind of H4 hids with Hi\Low, if you want daytime then u will need to get the one with the 194 peanut bulb as high beam then u can use that as daytime, otherwise you will lose daytime but who cares about the daytime

Actually, its not a 194 peanut bulb. The its some kinda halogen bulb and its kinda bright! Well.. its a useless highbeam... but at least it gave me normal DRL and highbeam (i should say.. different set of lights when i flick the switch.. if ever)
One thing i know is that HID's on the Fit is a nono! It "looks" nice.. but theres SOOOOOOO much glare its not even funny. It feels like the housing are for RHD cars.. the light pattern actually shoots towards the oncoming traffic instead of to the sidewalk!

i thought they are 194 but anyways they are there so you can switch between HID and regular bulb
I guess you can't expect too much when putting in aftermarket HID kit, just can't compare to HID comming out from the factory, but I do like them not only for the looks but it does give you more light on the road

It is a Transport Canada regulation, no idea who inforces it.

any cop can give you a ticket for no DRL
they can actually take your car off the road because it's part of the safety/certification process, without DRL, your car is not fit for the road..
so if the cop really wants to give you a hard time, he can have your car towed and your plates pulled (it has happened before)
