i will never park at the hooters by woodfield. my friends 240sx was on cinder blocks when he got out from dinner.

 

That hooters is less than a mile from my house so you know I'd be down.

I've never seen anyone get jacked out there. But I guess it's bound to happen anywhere eventually. People have been robbed/stabbed/shot/beaten up just about everywhere I think.

If people are looking at the woodfield area as a possible spot, we could barbecue at my place. I got a big back yard

 

if its cool with someone and if they have a big area to park cars at there house we could do a barbecue and if they have tools we could do like a meet where we can help everyone with puting on parts on there fit. i have seen someone do it in cali with alot of s2k's and thout it would be a good idea.

strats is a good place to go but to get a good spot get there early (9-930).

4 corners is closed cops come everytime because people are assholes.

Seriously, I haven't been on in a while. I've been busy with my other car, is this still happening or did it already happen? If it's this weekend, we could have it at my house lol.... I have tools and a big backyard... Lets get something going, I'm not going to Strats though, F-that place!

The way things are going right now, it looks like this is going to be middle to late may at my house in Hoffman estates (about 5 minutes away from woodfield). We'll probably barbecue and then we can go cruise or whatever.

This way is probably the cheapest option. I'm going to start taking a head count of who all might show up.

Because thats where a lot of D-bags hang out... if it's the same place I'm thinking of. I used to be there back in the day and it was just a bunch of A-holes bringing some serious ass race cars trying to hustle some money from some poor sap. I haven't been in yrs so it's possible things changed.

I'm much more interested in this BBQ idea. I'm down for that, and +1 on the memorial day weekend, I would enjoy making this.

 

If its at your place, just make the date and see how many folks can go. I live in the Glenview area and that is not to far from me. I can also contribute on some hotdogs and chips for the event as well.

 

im up for anything on the weekends after may 18th.....im geting a job at motorola by woodfield so i will be working mon-fri and some weekends but idk when on the weekends. throw out a date/time and ill see....... if BBQ lets get a list of ppl and what they want to bring.

Hey, I'm with you on this one... But it's kind of hard when no-one else is posting in the thread. I say lets keep it simple, either somwhere in schaumberg IE: restaraunt, forest preserve, mall? or The Glenn, plenty of parking, food. Pictures can be taken at both spots, and their both highway friendly locations for those that have to travel...
