Anyone in here in MN/W Wi area?

Just wondering if there is a Honda Fit community in the area.

Would be great to see some other Fits and what everyone has been doing with them.

Thanks. I actually start my vacation this afternoon, driving from Springfield, IL to Wisconsin Dells. I'll be in the Dells for two nights, then on to Minneapolis. Looking forward to it!

Oh No Doubt, thanks for the advice. I am crazy particualar about keeping my cars clean, lol. I can imagine that the black is a PITA and keeps you busy. Where is a good place to get undercoating/ oiling done in the Twin Cities area?

Picking up a Black 2010 sport w/Nav here in a few weeks. Just wanted to check in from Eagan, MN.

Anyone from Mpls ever meet up? I get together with some BMW 5series.net friends every Tuesday at Buffalo Wild Wings in Eagan if any of you are interested. I'd love to see some of your rides.

For me, snow handling has been great. But snow pushing can be a problem. I got stuck once last winter backing into the street- no snow plow on my street. Both deep snow and high ruts are tough- in reverse, the skirt hits snow and can push the back end up eliminating any traction.

Shit I think I have seen your BMW around Eagan. car looks good and congrats on the Fit. I would meet up with some people on mnsportcompacts.net every Tuesday in Apple Valley for the South meets. Its kind of been packed up for the year though.

Fit does all right in the winter, last year on the stock tires and lowered on Progress springs I had no problems. This year I picked up some snow tires so the car should be great this winter.
