PAC NW Meet including Western Canada
with the money you gonna spend on installing it plus labor, then alignment, camber adjust...might as well buy a set of coilovers and do alignment and camber adjust..might be more wise that way, plus coilovers these days allow you to adjust the comfortness to whatever you want...springs, once its worn out, shocks will blown and might cost you more to repair..just a thought.
If you pay someone to install springs on a Fit you don't deserve to touch it. Springs on the Fit are the easiest to swap out of any car I have ever done. It took me about 2.5 hours from start to finish.
What happened to matt4.2?

i'll probably go for the Progress Springs. No offense kyler but i didnt like how the rear seemed so raised up.
as far as spring installation goes, im not to worried about it as i've put springs in a 91 240SX. My only concern is that axle popping out. is that a big issue?

no offense taken. i was thinking about buying some progess springs but i think i will just save up and get the skunk coilovers. the axle pop out is not a big deal if you take your time. i just raised the car and put the wheel i took off under the axle to keep it from moving. just make sure not to let the whole A arm assembly droop or the axle will pop.
Its not a big conern. I just supported the knuckle with a jackstand and it was fine. It will make perfect sense when you actually get underneath and see the layout. Follow the Skunk spring how-to and it will be a piece of cake.
Air tools are really helpful too. Just a suggestion to help save time. Had I had air tools it would have probably cut my overall time to less than 2 hours.
