I really really really need those headlamps. Any reason that they were never finished?

if i decide to part it out i will the jdm center console but not the rear view mirror, i think the next owner will needs that

i almost completed one headlight but got lazy and didnt want to buy a hid kit for it. so one is untouched and the other is all there but need to be sealed up completely.
