Hi,

The Meet and Greet yesterday was a huge success and I would like to say thanks to those who came. We wouldnt be able to have a BBQ meet without Mat - Literally; not to mention his BBQ skill is Lengendary.

We, the Vancouver fitfreaks, are planning to host another meet and greet for the Norther BC Fit crew the this coming Sunday and we'll like to invite you guys to join us.

I know this is a very short notice but if you guys don't have any BIG PLANS over the July 4th weekend, you are more than welcome to join us.
