630LB Guy Slims Down (pics)
A guy weighed 630 lbs and that’s what he has become. He lost a whopping 29 stone and had more than 30lbs of excess skin removed. To do it he had to do a lot of exercises. For this you should have a strong will.
His fitness instructor Chris Powell says “At the start of the training program, David was so fat that he had to be weighed at a local garage on scales normally used for cars and trucks.”

good for him though, at least he decided to get of his a$$ and do something about it. I also like the fact that he did it by working out... obviously he needed surgery to remove the excess skin but jeez. that must have been a lot of hours at the gym.

Thats beyond incredible. All I can say is wow. To have the motivation to lose that much weight is just incredible.
As big as this guy above was, I watched a show last week on Discovery Channel about a man in Mexico, that weighed a 1000+ lbs and went on The Zone Diet to try and lose the weight. He was so huge he couldn't walk and could only sit or lay in a special made bed. I watched several episodes about his progress. It took 6-7 men to maneuvere him onto scales to weigh him in parts. He was like 40 yrs old and lived with his mother who had to do everything for him short of bathing him. A male nurse would come in twice a week to wash him.
He lost something like 350 lbs I think but was still huge. Last episode I watched he got married in his bed that they had to haul on a flatbed truck to the wedding location.
I don't usually watch stuff like that but it caught my attention due to the shear size of the guy. How do people let themselves get into that kind of morbidly obese shape? I guess I just don't get it.
Anyway, it was both disgusting and interesting at the same time.
