Dude, I give Jersey like...a 3...Cali's like a 8-8.5 in my book. I can go boarding one day then hit the beach the next while cruising up and down the coast with my windows down bumping da jams, haha.

Yeah...I never washed my car when I was in Jersey...so lazy and the salt, rain and other random crap would just dirty it up again in a day or so.
