What's the sale price for the GD? The website doesn't seem to show any price difference between the GD and GE..

Both types are the same price right now. Normally the 09's (GE) cost more.

Here's a installation video. It even shows how to remove the seam sealant. If it's too thick.

The logo is stamped (silk screened) on. Not sure how you would take it off.
