The best way to place everything in the Silicone Cover is to first place Lucite with soft part of Velcro in the cover first. Then place Keyless Transmitter with the "hook" part of the Velcro attached into the cover next. You can kind of line everything up if need be.

The silicone cover on the left. Lucite base with Velcro, center. I drilled a hole which helps keeps it on the key ring without tearing the silicone cover. Keyless Entry Transmitter on the right. The other part of the Velcro is attached to the back of the Transmitter
