first fabricated piece for the radiator support. The holes are as the sheet is off cuts from my pegboards so looks funky and maybe weight savings lol.

close up still has pinholes but will do for now. may have to weld from the back for a stronger weld.

So hit it with a quick splash of primer to prevent rust prior to addressing the pinholes.

And now this happened WTF. Guess a spark hit it. Once completed the whole build will go up on Youtube. Hopefully it'll be OK, however I'm not a film maker. Hopefully this can help any other sucker daft enough to do this swap.
