O'Car in iPod use. You can extend the face and change to portrait orientation for "normal" use.

O'Car with phone in portrait position. Face can rotate any direction, but not a whole lot........

O'Car with face/phone in locked, landscape position. Honestly, if you're already used to the fact that some Apple apps just work best in portrait, just extend and rotate the face to that position.
