Hey Tony-
You could have broken the transmitter in your key- the manual says don't drop it, don't get it wet, etc., etc. I can't imagine that anyone, like your financing bank, has the means to turn off the key function. That ability carries FAR too much liability for any company, including Honda.

I hope that you find an easy answer to your problem, and the first place to look is your dealer.

Or as Chikubi said while I was writing this, try turning the steering wheel.
